| Our Policies... Both The Nautical Inn homes must be reserved to accommodate your beach theme wedding ceremony, reception and accommodations. There is a 2 night minimum stay during Off-Peak Season and a 3 night minimum stay during Peak Season. Additional fees will apply for holiday weekends.
The Nautical Inn's wedding coordinator must be used for all ceremony, reception and accommodation coordinating for our beach wedding packages. We require a $150.00 upfront fee for your initial consultation. This fee will be credited to your bill should you choose to book your wedding with us. Ceremonies and Receptions outdoors require the rental of tented areas large enough for the number of invited guests. In the case of inclement weather the only inside facilities available are within the homes at The Nautical Inn. Photo privileges inside and outside are permitted.
Site fees and event insurance will be applied to all weddings and will include refuse service, outdoor temporary toilets and cleanup fees.
Outdoor receptions must end no later than 9:30PM, per city ordinances.
Additional services that can be supplied by our wedding coordinator can include - Additional accommodation arrangements for guests; Bridal hair & beauty bookings; Welcome baskets; Favors for guests; Guest books; Invitations; Menu cards; Table cards; Placecards; Programs; Rehearsal dinners or BBQ's; Save-the-Date mailings; Spa days; Transportation; Videography; Boat rentals; Golf tee times; Boat cruise rides; Massage, Manicure and Pedicure services; Carriage rides; Hot air balloon rides.
A $500.00 fee is required to reserve your date with The Nautical Inn for use of the site area. An additional refundable $500.00 security deposit is required. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the rental accommodations at The Nautical Inn. Fully executed contracts will follow and must be signed and returned within 7 business days along with any initial deposits. Dates are not held for any reason, so we suggest you reserve your dates as soon as possible.
